Synopsis Novel Big House on the Hill by Maria A. Sardjono English Version

Two girls lived in the same house, went to the same school since they were very young. The friendship was so sincere, so pure, and continued until they got married, had children and eventually became grandmothers. They are Eyang Surti and Eyang Marini.

Both of them, especially from Eyang Surti's side, really wanted the friendship to not only continue to their children and grandchildren but also for one of them to be matched as husband and wife. And she saw that in Hermanto, Eyang Surti's grandson and Rika, Eyang Marini's granddaughter.

But it turns out that Hermanto is a man who does not like to be regulated, dictated and directed. Especially when it comes to arranged marriages.
