Throughout her twenty-four years of life, Mariana lived under the shadow and domination of her authoritarian mother. She was used to thinking like her mother thought and acting according to her mother's will.

But suddenly, a man had pointed out her shortcomings to her bluntly.

"Be yourself. Let go of your mother's personality," he told her, among other things.

So Mariana opened her eyes and at the same time realized that she had fallen in love with the man who led her to self-discovery. But unfortunately there was another girl who was also crossing his life. And in the meantime, her mother had another candidate in mind for her.
